Unless otherwise specified, our airline tickets are non-refundable. The refund option is available only if the travel supplier's policies and restrictions allow you to do so, or if Keywy accepts your refund request. This means you are not a 'no show' scenario, and if we can obtain any form of waivers from the supplier, we will simply handle a cancellation or refund request.


  1. All airline refunds/future credits are subject to the fare rules, processes, and policies of the airline.
  2. Service costs will be indicated on the payment page in your local currency.
  3. Adult, child, elder, infant, student, and military passengers.
  4. Service costs for modifications, refunds, cancellations, and future credits are imposed per passenger, per ticket.
  5. Our transaction service costs (also known as booking fees) and all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. Our prices are in addition to any service charges or fees levied by any airline or travel supplier.
  6. Taxes and fees levied by the government are subject to change. Only the final total cost stated or quoted by our agent will be charged to you.


  1. Special Services - All Special Services are provided ONLY upon request and are subject to the airline's assessment and approval in accordance with their fare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Name Misspelling - The name on the ticket does not match the information on the passport or any other globally acceptable official ID.
  3. Visa/Passport Decline - Normally, a visa/passport decline letter is necessary in order to submit a request.
  4. Baggage - please retain the baggage receipts & tags.
  5. No-show - We will need documentation proving why you were unable to make your scheduled departure.
  6. Denied Boarding - We will need documentation to explain why you were denied boarding for your scheduled trip.
  7. Duplicate Tickets - In order to complete a refund request, copies of all tickets indicating the exact same itineraries bought with us will be requested.
